Occupational Therapy provides practical support to empower people to facilitate recovery and overcome barriers preventing them from doing the activities (or occupations) that matter to them. This support increases people's independence and satisfaction in all aspects of life" (www.rcot.uk)
I love being active and find the more I do the more I want to do.
Cycling is a real passion where some of the best (and worst) ideas evolve.
Being part of a running club keeps me connected with friends and like minds.
Circuit training has been part of my staple exercise diet for over 20 years. Working with other people to get puffed out works for me!
Painting is very important to me. I studied it before discovering the full potential of exercise. Being creative is part of the relaxation process.
